Laura Lynn Jenkins was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She passed away peacefully on October 13, 2021 at age 62, surrounded by her family.
Laura was born to Daniel (Danny) and Joyce Paris on September 12, 1959. She joins her father Danny in heaven. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, John, children Perry (Sarah) and Danielle, and grandson Weston (her little “Peanut Butter”).
Laura’s most treasured moments were those shared with her family. Her children and grandchild were the pride and joy of her life. She was a supportive, kind, and witty little lady who will be missed dearly by many.
Laura’s memory will forever be cherished by her mother Joyce Paris, sisters Dana (Jeff) Wonch, Diane (Ken) Kish, Vicky (Wayne) McConnell, Valerie (Greg) Hinkson, Kathy (Tim) Vanitvelt, brothers David (Debbie) Paris, Jon (Thao) Paris, and many nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Laura’s name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, as this organization was close to her heart. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 4pm-8pm at Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). Private Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
