Rice, Jeannette Wealtha "Jan" - Age 85, of Flint, died December 13, 2023. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, December 19 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Monday, December 18; and from 10 AM Tuesday, December 19 at the funeral home. Jan was a graduate of Kearsley High School, she spent most of her life in Flint. She was a foster parent for over 45 years. Jan is survived by her children, Larry Horde Jr. of Kincheloe, Michigan, Todd Horde of Flint, Toni (Judith) Horde of Fenton; daughter-in-law, Toni Horde of Kincheloe, Michigan; grandchildren, Derrick (Rachel) Horde, Ashley (Jared) McCoy, Cheston Horde, Brandon Horde; great-grandchildren, Wynter Rose Horde, Adalynn Horde, Bentley Horde, Zanye McCoy, Kennedy McCoy, Rylynn McCoy; sister, Marilyn VanAllen of North Branch. Jan was preceded in death by her parents; son, Lance Horde on September 13, 2023; sister, Bonnie Kekel. Tributes may be shared on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
