PAULLIN, David Lane - age 69, formerly of Lapeer, died March 27, 2024. A memorial gathering will be held at Fenton VFW Post 3243, 1148 N Leroy St, Fenton, MI 48430 starting at 10:30 AM Saturday, April 6, 2024. His cremated remains will be interred at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date. David was born March 30, 1954 in Flint, the son of Del Ray and Laura Esther (Gray) Paullin. He married Charna Worden. David was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a huge music lover, enjoyed reading Science Fiction, camping and traveling with his wife. Surviving are: wife, Charna; daughter, Sacheen (Stephen) Speer; grandchildren, Shawn Ellis, Eddie Marks, Cody and Brook Preville; siblings, Lynn Paullin, Kimberly Paullin, Richard Crandall and Steven (Lisa) Crandall. He was preceded in death by sister, Meegan Wagner and grandson, Brendon Marks. Arrangements entrusted to Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W.
