Donna Jean Conrad age 86 of Bancroft, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the Durand Senior Care and Rehab Center. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Durand Chapel. Pastor John Walworth will be officiating. Burial will follow to Fremont Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
Donna Jean Townsend was born August 22, 1938 in Durand, a daughter of John and Virginia (Cords) Townsend. On June 14, 1958 she married Paul Conrad. Donna was a member of the Durand Eagles Club. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cake decorating, gardening, cooking, traveling, golfing and bowling.
Donna is survived by her husband, Paul Conrad; daughter, Teresa (John) Chadwell; 6 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sisters, Mary (Dan) Cook and Clara (Jon) Clough. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Penny Smith, Barb Winer and Pam Conrad; parents, John and Virginia Townsend.
