WITUCKI, Loraine Ruby - Of Swartz Creek, age 82, died Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Courtyard Manor in Swartz Creek.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12Noon Wednesday, December 27, 2023 Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1221 East Bristol Road, Burton,
Father Georges officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Visitation 11am Wednesday at church until the time of the Mass.
Loraine was born in Flint, Michigan on November 19, 1941, the daughter of the late Minor and Josephine Denny. On August 22, 1959, she married her high school sweetheart, Edward Witucki Jr. Loraine was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. She was a wonderful cook and baker. Loraine loved to travel up north to their lake house and to California to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She was an avid gardener, spending many hours tending to her flowers. Loraine always wanted her family to be together and she loved spending as much time with them as possible.
Surviving are husband, Ed;
children, David (Lisa), Kim (Dennis) Brooks and Kelly (Brad) Reinhardt;
9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren;
sisters, Joann (Dick) Sarber and Ruby (Bob) Martin;
and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dawn Cole, sister, Gloria Letavis, and brother, Fred Denny.
The family extends a special thank you to Courtyard Manor in Swartz Creek for all their loving care.
