SEDLAK, PATRICIA – Of Flint, age 71, died Saturday, April 5, 2025 at McLaren-Flint.

Memorial service will be held 2 PM Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Swartz Funeral Home 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.

Visitation 1 PM Wednesday until the time of service at the funeral home.

Daughter of the late Raymond and Shirley (Downer) Sedlak of Fenton, she was born on June 14, 1953.

Patricia graduated from Lake Fenton High School, and received her BA from The University of Michigan.

She retired from Flint Community Schools in 2012, after achieving her dream of teaching.

Patricia enjoyed spending time with family and friends celebrating life and holidays.

She is survived by her sons, Timothy and Alisha Perina; Dan Perina and partner Steve Maricle; and Ernest Perina.
