LAUDENSLAGER, Bettie Ray - age 86, of Fenton passed away Thursday August 7, 2025. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Clark Sexton officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the- time of -service Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bettie's memory would be appreciated to Vicinia Gardens Assisted Living.
Bettie was born May 4, 1939, Barbourville, KY the daughter of George Edgar and Hazel Monnie (Smith) Warfield. She married Eugene Laudenslager on December 24, 1963, in Jellico, TN. Bettie graduated from Barbourville High School in Kentucky. In her younger years she worked as a nursing assistant prior to starting her family. Bettie was a homemaker who was obsessed with her family including her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also was a member of Grace Immanuel Bible Church for many years.
She is survived by: two daughters, Michelle (Don) Burgin and Sonya (Naum) Angelovski; son, Eugene (Amy) Laudenslager; grandchildren, Monica (John) Kinde-Persons, Rebecca (Juan) Molina, Derik (Taylor) Kinde, Jessica (Mike) Banning, Jordan (Jesse) Granados, Megan Angelovski, Jordyn (Ryan) Jump, Jacob Angelovski, Matthew Laudenslager, Rylee Groenik, and Andrew Laudenslager; great-grandchildren, Fabian Molina, Jovana Molina, Grayson Kinde-Persons, Huxley Kinde-Persons, Dorian Kinde-Persons, Cora Kinde, Remy Kinde,Banks Kinde, Rosie Granados, Easton Jump and Charlotte Jump; siblings, Helen Joy Bryant, Charles William Warfield, Phyllis Sue Cobb, Darel Leslie Warfield, Debbie Lynn Grubb. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eugene; siblings, Lois Faye Mowell, James Junior Warfield, George Dewayne Warfield. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
