CROMWELL, Quentin Albert - Age 69, of Swartz Creek, died Sunday, November 7, 2021. A funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Friday, November 12, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. ( Where a live stream of the service will be available on Quentin's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.) Preacher, Dale DuVerney officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 2:00 PM until the time of the service. Quentin was born October 16, 1952 in Flint, the son of William Earl and Betty Elaine (Palmer) Cromwell. He was a 1970 graduate of Bendle High School. He married Virginia Marie Johnson November 9, 1974 in Swartz Creek. He had resided in Swartz Creek for the past 24 years, coming from Lennon. Quentin retired in 2020 from GM Chevrolet Metal Fab as a crane operator after 47 years of service. He was a member of U.A.W. Local 659. He was a collector of clocks and records. He enjoyed music and working on tv's, stereo's, pinball machines, and juke boxes. He loved his Buick Road Masters and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving are: his wife, Virginia; children, Tracy Lynn Cromwell, Jennifer Ann Geyer, Lisa Marie Cromwell, Amanda Marie Cromwell, Eric Jonathon Cromwell, and Victoria Rain Cromwell; grandchildren, Aubry Clair and Zoe Grace Geyer; siblings, Bill (Carol) Cromwell, Clarence Cromwell, Steve (Robin) Cromwell, Tammy Brown, and Cathy (Marty) Wilkins; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Quentin Albert Cromwell, Jr.; sister, Elaine Long. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
