Wren, Mary C. Of Flushing, age 70, died Monday, June 29, 2020, at McLaren-Flint. Private services will be held and cremation will follow the services.
Mary was born in Flint, Michigan on February 8, 1950, the daughter of Jack and Ann (Oden) Nugent. She married James Drew and later married William Wren in 1981. He preceded her in death in 2013. Mary worked at General Motors and retired after many years. She was an artist who enjoyed painting. Mary loved classic movies and listening to music, especially Motown. She also enjoyed playing Scrabble and Words with Friends. Mary’s greatest joys were her family, including her grandchildren and her cats.
She is survived by her sons, Jonathon Drew, Thomas and wife Tonya Drew; grandchildren, Jazmine Drew, Alexander Drew, Jaxon Drew, Jessica Drew; great-granddaughter, Autumn Rose; brothers, John and wife Donna Nugent, Pete Nugent; sister, Sarah Nugent; nieces, Natalie Nugent, Amy Sykes, Ava Sharon; and several great-nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, James Drew; husband, William Wren; and niece Emily Sykes. |
