KOZAK, Larry Lee – of Clio, age 67, was born into eternal life on December 27, 2021. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Saints Charles and Helena Catholic Church. Rev Fr. Ken Coughlin officiating. Burial at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. A Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday evening. Memorial contributions can be made to the Old Newsboys.
Larry was born in Flint, Michigan on November 19, 1954, the son of Paul and Anna (Semanik) Kozak. He worked for GM at the Cadillac Plant in Dearborn, Chevy in the hole, Buick Motor Division, Buick City, and worked at General Motors Flint Engine Operations for 48 years as a skilled trade’s machine repairman. Larry was a lifelong Aide Sainte Anne de Beaupre Shrine in Quebec, Canada.
Larry is survived by his sister, Diann Terry Kozak of Clio, Nephew, Bryan Michael (Corinna) Beck of Linden, Niece, Tammy Ann Beck of Mt. Morris, Great Nephews, Michael Joshua Richard Hatton and Cooper Curtis Dougherty of Mt. Morris. Also surviving are several cousins and other family members. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Paul on October 31, 1991, Anna on October 20, 2009 and brother, Jerry Paul Kozak on December 4, 1952.
