CORDER, DuWayne Lee - Age 61, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday April 21, 2021. Funeral services will be held 11AM Wednesday, April 28, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Burial will follow in Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 4PM - 8PM Tuesday and 10AM until time of service at the funeral home. DuWayne was born January 23, 1960 in Flint, the son of John William and Patsy Ann (Marshall) Corder. He married Kimberly Pratt in Flint on May 4, 1985. DuWayne currently worked for Acument for the past 26 years. He enjoyed slow pitch softball and Michigan Football. Surviving are: wife of 35 years, Kimberly Corder of Swartz Creek; sons, John (Stephanie) Corder of Howell, Daniel (Sarah) Corder of Japan; granddaughters, Clara and Elizabeth Corder of Howell; parents, John and Patsy Corder of Clio; sister, Deanna (James) Hummel of Clio. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Machelle (Mike) Soper of Owosso; brother-in-law, Kevin (Lisa) Pratt of Fenton; nieces Chelsea (Brian) Crane of VA, Heidi Hummel of Clio, Marie (Travis) Carpenter of Flushing; great nephews, Austin Pratt of Swartz Creek and Gavin Baroski of Flushing.
