DRAHEIM, Ronald E. “Ronnie” - Of Flint, age 66, died Monday, March 9, 2020 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held 11am Friday, March 13, 2020 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Visitation 2-8pm Thursday and 10am Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Burial in Great lakes National Cemetery will take place at 1pm Friday with full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Ronnie was born in Flint on December 23, 1953, the son of Herbert and Janeen (Peterson) Draheim. He proudly served in the United States Navy as an electrician for 4 years. Ronnie served two tours of duty on the USS Roosevelt Aircraft Carrier. Ronnie also participated and traveled many places with the Veteran Paraplegics Games.
Surviving are mother, Janeen Draheim
Brothers, David (Charlotte) Draheim, Ted (Tammy) Draheim, George (Janine) Draheim and Tom (Jennifer) Draheim;
And many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert, grandparents and niece, Dawn.
