BAUMAN, Leo “Buddy” Alan – of Clio, age 58, died Saturday, January 30, 2021 at his residence. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 5, 2021 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. Chaplain Todd Regester officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Memorial contributions can be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. Following Covid-19 and government regulations, only 25 people are allowed in our chapel at one time, and masks are required. Thank you for your understanding.
Buddy was born November 2, 1962 in Flint, Michigan to the late Frederic and Betty (Miniear) Bauman. He grew up in Flint, Michigan and moved to the Clio area in 1976. Buddy graduated from Elmer Knopf Learning Center in 1989. He worked at many Community Industries and Day Programs. Buddy was a member of the Vienna Masonic Lodge #205, Shriner’s Temple # 72, and an Honorary member of the Clio Eagles Aerie # 3609. He loved music, singing, movies and riding his bike. Buddy also enjoyed participating in parades and hanging out with his buddy Lance.
Surviving are: Siblings, Lynn Ann Bauman, Lisa (William) Ford; Nieces and Nephews, Sheila (Jason) Newbold, Shari (Joel) Purves, Serena Barnwal, Garrett Bauman; Great Nieces and Nephews, Lillian, Otto, Charlotte, Gunnar; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
