Stephanie Rose Holtslander of Linden, formerly of Flint, went to be with her Lord on Monday, September 29, 2025. Born September 24, 1949, Stephanie was a lifelong resident of Flint and graduate of Southwestern High School.
Stephanie was known for her incredible cooking and baking abilities. Her family was especially fond of her cream puffs and yorkshire pudding. Stephanie worked for many years at the White Horse Tavern and she considered them to be her family, and she was theirs. She was an excellent seamstress and could sew and create anything. Stephanie was an also an avid reader. Above everything, she was dedicated to her close-knit family. Stephanie will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She leaves behind a loving family of daughter Aprille (Tom) Martin III, sisters Kathy (Greg) Najar, Laura (Dennis) Milem, brothers John (Deb) Holtslander, Peter (Teri) Holtslander, nieces and nephews Jennifer Najar, Jessica Funch, Kailey Holtslander, Johua Milem and Harrison Holtslander, Great-Niece Emmie Funch, father of her daughter Frank Omick, and life-long friends Marsha and Teresa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton and Stella Holtslander.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
