Age 61, of Flint, died Saturday, April 12, 2014, at McLaren-Flint. The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Mr. Boggs was born December 3, 1952, in Flint, Michigan the son of Eugene and Betty Boggs (Peterson). He worked maintenance at Citizen's Bank for many years. In his free time, he could be found fishing, hunting, watching NASCAR and other sports. He enjoyed spending time with his family having cookouts and camping. His favorite place to camp was in Caseville.
Left to cherish his memory are children, Danny and wife, Jennifer Rowe, Joe and wife, Jaime Boggs, Stephanie Constant and husband, Glenn and Carrie Jones; grandchildren, Zachary, Virginia, Westley, Christopher, Isaiah, Elijah, Cali and Gracie; brother, Richard and wife, Donna Rowe; sister, Carole and husband, Henry Cameron; and many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Mark Rowe.
