WILLIAMS, Beverly Jean – of Clio, age 95, died Thursday, November 23, 2023 at her niece’s home. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, November 30, 2023 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. Pastor Tim Crooks officiating. Burial at Sunset Hills Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Fostoria Baptist Church or the Mio Baptist Church.
Beverly was born March 13, 1928 to the late Oral and Freeda (Lotridge) Willson. She grew up in Flint, Michigan and graduated from Northern High School with the class of 1946. On July 16, 1955 she married Donald Williams in Flint, Michigan and he preceded her in death. Prior to her retirement in 1994, Beverly was the 1st Clerical Supervisor with Consumers Energy with 40 years of service. She was a member of Vienna Greens, Secord Lake Eagles Aerie 4121, and an avid bowler at Northwest Lanes. Beverly enjoyed snow skiing, fishing, playing softball and basketball. She taught everyone in the family how to water ski and enjoyed driving her boat on the Tittabawassee. Beverly liked playing cards and Michigan State sports. She loved playing the Bass Fiddle in the Flint Symphony. Beverly was the greatest aunt in the whole world.
Surviving are: Niece, Denise (Grant) Franklin; Great Nieces and Nephews, Douglas Frashour, Tracy (Richard) Lotridge, James O’Brien, Danny O’Brien, Ron Belcher, Debra (Marvin) Crooks, Kristin (Brady) Hanson, Todd Akers, Joshua Franklin; several great-great and great -great - great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Donald Williams; Siblings, Robert (Mary Jane) Willson, Ellen (Donald) Frashour, Nephews, Gary Willson, Donald S.
