McGrady, Clifford Edwin - Age 81, of Flint, died Sunday February 6, 2022. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday, February 12, at Hill Creek Church of God, 5363 Hill Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Wes Hunter officiating. Burial will be held in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley, WV, at a later date. Visitation will be held 4PM-8PM Friday at the church and 12PM Saturday until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Hill Creek Church. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Clifford was born August 5, 1940 in Rhodell, WV , the son of Clifford Elmo and Helen Dorothy (Stover) McGrady. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force. Clifford worked for General Motors for 30 years retiring in 1995. He was also the sound engineer for Hill Creek Church of God formerly West Flint Church of God. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, snowmobiling, riding dirt bikes going to antique car shows and gardening. enjoyed Surviving are: children, Daniel (Linda) Thomas of Virginia, Keith (Cindy) McGrady of Fenton, Michelle Hooper of Grand Blanc; grandchildren, Megan (Steph0) McGrady, Emily (Casey) Vela, John (Samantha) McGrady, Bethany (Nick) Dalton; great grandchildren, Brysen Truett, Isabell Vela, Sophia Vela, Malia Iordanov, Isaac Vela, Adel Vela and Natalie Dalton. He is also survived by his brother, David (Jackie) McGrady of WV; sisters, Judith Hope of TN,,Karen Lantz of NC, many nieces and nephews. Clifford preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Helen McGrady; first wife, Phyllis McGrady and second wife, Geneva McGrady. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
