Daniel, Edward of Clio, age 74, died Monday, November 23, 2020, at Covenant Health Care in Saginaw. Due to COVID restrictions, we will be holding a celebration of life at a later date.
Edward “Ed” was born in Flint, Michigan, on January 24, 1946, the son of James Daniel and Doris (Huntley) Parsons. He graduated from Flint Southwestern High School in 1964. Ed married Kay Lorraine Long on May 22, 1965. He retired from DWF Floral in Gaylord, Michigan.
While Edward could be no happier than on a boat with his family in Indian River, he also enjoyed calling Bingo and accompanying his friends for a beer at the American Legion. He loved his family and his dog more than anything and he will be greatly missed.
Edward is survived by his children, Rebecca Daniel, Amy Atkinson, Adam Daniel; grandchildren, Joshua Atkinson, Ashlee (Jacob) Shearer, Bryce Daniel, Brayden Daniel; his siblings, Brian (Debbie) Daniel and Doug Daniel. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Daniel; son, Chad Daniel; and his parents. |
