MAYS, Richard Earl - Age 84, of Swartz Creek, passed away March 2, 2022. Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday, March 14, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of service. Richard was born January 10, 1938 in Gaines Twp., the son of Earl and Nellie (Lobdell) Mays. Richard was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the First Armored Division. He retired from Buick. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his son, Daniel and wife Beth Mays; grandchildren, Danny, Devin and Alexis; sisters, Jean and husband Ed Green, Barbara Knotts; brother, John Mays.
