Doug passed away quietly at home on December 20, 2023 at the age of 75. The son of the late Walter and Dorothy Kienbaum Sr. was born July 8, 1948 in Bay City, Michigan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Kienbaum; and his brother, Walter Kienbaum Jr. Doug is survived by his sister, Patricia Snover of Spokane, WA; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; along with long-time friends. Doug was a veteran of the Vietnam War, and a member of the United Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Doug was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed the casinos. He was a big fan of the Red Wings and the Detroit Lions. At Doug’s request, cremation has taken place and a private inurnment will take place in Floral Gardens Cemetery.
