Cussans , Douglas K. - Age 86, of Linden, died April 2, 2021. No public services will be held. Private family services. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden. Douglas was born June 2, 1934 in Flint, the son of Kenneth and Ruth (Harris) Cussans. He was a graduate of Flint Central High School. He had served 3 years in the National Guard. He married Janet Arseneau on June 26, 1954. He retired from GM Truck Assembly with 35 years of service. After retirement they had resided in Mio for 30 years before returning to the area to live in Linden for the past 5 years. He was an avid golfer. Surviving are: wife of 66 years, Janet; four sons, Randall (Melissa) of Flint Township, Mark (Vicki) of Bradenton FL, Todd (Leanna) of Linden, Dean (Sheri) of Flushing; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jill (Alan) Henry of Goodrich, Sue Carman of Fenton; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Judith Mitchell and Shirley Grimado. The family would like to thank The Regency of Grand Blanc.
