Clark, Margaret Jean- of Flushing, age 86, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at McLaren Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. The family will receive visitors on Thursday from 11AM until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designations.
Margaret was born February 25, 1936, in Flushing, Michigan, to the late Howard and Mary (Puska) Ingersoll. She lived her entire life in Flushing and graduated from Flushing High School with the class of 1954. Margaret married Harold R. Clark on August 20, 1954, and together they shared 60 years of marriage and raised 5 beautiful children. She and her husband helped establish the Montrose Baptist Church. Margaret enjoyed gardening flowers, reading about nature. listening to music, and art. In her spare time she was always staying busy, with her many artistic talents that she had. Margaret was a wonderful grandmother who helped raise five grandchildren. She was very proud of her Hungarian heritage and would often tell stories of her family history. Above all, Margaret loved her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was an extraordinary wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Surviving are: Children: Lucinda “Cindy” Clark, Jeffrey Clark, and Sherry Clark; Grandchildren: Melissa Jean Brown (Brooks), Christina Dobson, Kelly (John) Waite, Kerry (Mike) Kasper, Aliyah Jean Clark, Joshua Clark, Samuel Clark, Amanda Clark, and Nathan Clark; Great grandchildren: Colton Brown, Lillian Jean Brown, William Little, Olive Margaret Little, Thomas Kasper, Sarah Kasper, Emma Jean Kasper, Adam Kasper; Siblings: Charlotte Barnes, George (Gayle) Ingersoll, Marie (Ray) Trevino, David (Jennifer) Ingersoll, and Carol Kern; Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends. She is preceded in passing by her husband of 60 years, Harold Raymond Clark; Daughters: Susan Jean Dobson, and Kathy Clark; Brothers: Robert Ingersoll, Howard “Bud” Ingersoll, William Ingersoll; Sister, Ethel Long.
