Christenson, Raeann M. – of Montrose, age 52, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1PM on Monday, May 1, 2023, at New Covenant Church - 13176 N Linden Rd in Clio. Cremation to follow. The family will receive visitors on Monday from 11AM until the time of service at church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Organ Donation.
Raeann was born July 29, 1970, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Charles and Judith (Diem) Christenson. She attended Carman Ainsworth High School, graduating with the class of 1988. Raeann was a massage therapist, enjoyed interior design and working in sales in the retail industry. She was an avid member of the Set Free Organization for child trafficking. Involved with the Flint Bowman organization and helping with Bible studies at New Covenant. Raeann enjoyed crafting; she was well known for her gnomes. She enjoyed nature and spending time outdoors. You could find her walking in the woods, or with her hands in the dirt gardening. More than anything she was an amazing daughter, sister, dog mom, aunt, and friend to many, she will be greatly missed by many.
Surviving are: Brothers: Charles “Chris” (Robin) Christenson, David (Angie) Christenson, and Michael (Cynthia) Christenson; Sister, Kim (Lew) Harris; Furry companion, Nico; Nieces and nephews: Andrea (Josh) White, Michael Christenson II, Taylor Green, Sidney Christenson; Great nieces and nephews: Aidin, Makenna, Charlotte, Brinley, Riley, and Harrison. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Christenson, and Judith Diem Christenson Matsko; Stepfather, Richard Matsko.
