BRUDER, Gary S. Sr. – Of Flushing, age 72, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 at McLaren-Flint.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Richfield Park, 6322 North Irish Road, Davison.
Those desiring may make contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
Gary was born in Flint, Michigan on September 19, 1949, the son of the late Gerald and Murrelle (Dixon) Bruder. He graduated Class of 1968 from Southwestern High School in Flint. Gary retired as a Job Setter from AC Spark Plug Division. He was an avid Michigan football and Lions fan. He took pride in his lawn and enjoyed yard work. He loved cars; especially hot rods. Gary was an outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting.
Surviving are wife, Lynn Bruder;
children, Gary Scott (Lesley) Bruder, Jr., Daniel (Kristie) Bruder,
Douglas Bruder, William Garcia, Shannon Garcia and Jennifer Garcia;
19 grandchildren;
19 great-grandchildren;
sister, Dorothy (Daniel) Maddy;
sister-in-law, Leah Bruder;
nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Phil Bruder.
