Ruth M. Turnbull
Age 89 of Flint passed away on Monday, April 13, 2021 at her home.
A Graveside service will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 4:00pm at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Owosso.
Ruth was born on June 10, 1931 to Gordon and Edna (Springsteen) Grinnell in Gagetown, MI. After graduating high school and completing a year of college, Ruth married Glen Turnbull on December 10, 1955.
Ruth spent her life as a loving homemaker. She enjoyed reading, making crafts, and baking for everyone. Ruth also loved the movie Parent Trap.
Ruth is survived by her children, Karen Turnbull, Otto Turnbull, Leslie Turnbull, Kerry Turnbull, Eugene Turnbull, Marla Phillips, and Michelle Sparks; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her brothers, Charles (Sharon) Grinnell, David (Faith) Grinnell, and John (Lalie) Grinnell.
She is predeceased by her husband, Glen; her parents; and her brothers, Robert, Harold, Glenn, and Donald Grinnell.
