JacQueline (Cooper) Brooks, age 95, passed away February 22, 2024 in Woodhaven Senior Community. A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM, Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI 48503. Family will receive visitors from 3:00 PM until the time-of-service Tuesday. Pastor David Hensler officiating. Jackie was born January 5, 1929, the daughter of William and Elma (Eagan) and she resided in the Flint area all her life. Jackie was employed for a local dentist for many years and held several offices in the Genesee County Dental Assistant Association. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, 402 Ballenger Hwy where she ushed and belonged to the "Prime Timers". She was an associate member of the Gardens Presbyterian Church in WPB Florida. For many years Jackie was an ardent bowler winning several trophy's and became a life member of the "600 Club". Jackie worked for Mott Community College for 25 years and retired from there in 1993. She leaves to cherish her memory her wonderful cousins and friends. Per Jackie's request she was cremated and desired contributions to Crossover Outreach 414 W. Court St. Flint, MI 48503 or your favorite charity.
