LINCOLN, Patricia Glenn – of Birch Run, age 89, died Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Covenant Healthcare of Saginaw. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at St. Martin Lutheran Church. Burial in Birch Run Township. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Birch Run, Michigan. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Martin Lutheran Church.
Patricia was born May 4, 1932 in Flint, Michigan to the late William and Violet (Brooks) Froats. She grew up in Flint, Michigan and graduated from Northern High School with the class of 1950. On January 12, 1951 she married William Lincoln and he preceded her in death on September 9, 2006. Prior to her retirement in 1976, Patricia worked for Birch Run Public Schools as a secretary for over 10 years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and made several prayer shawls for people who were sick. Patricia was a Detroit Tigers fan and the family request everyone wear their favorite Tigers gear to her visitation and service. However, Patricia greatest joy in life was her family, especially all her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Surviving are: Children, Gail Gunnels, Kevin (Debbie) Lincoln; Grandchildren, Carrie Lichon, Shelly (Jeff) Haller, Laurie Gunnels, Bill (Gina) Lincoln, Kevin Lincoln; Great Grandchildren, Ashtin (Jacob) Haller, Carlee (Shawn) Haller, Rane Metevia II, Joe (Amanda) Lincoln, Katie Lincoln, Aaron Lincoln, Angelina Lincoln; Great-Great Grandchildren, Alayna, Hailee, Landon, Charles, LeRoy, Declan; Sister, Phyllis (Mike) Brelinski; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, William Lincoln; Daughters, Karen Lincoln, Nancy Lincoln; Son in law, Dean Gunnels; several brother and sisters.
