CLEMENTS, RONALD – Of Swartz Creek, age 95, died Monday, June 23, 2025, at Symphony Linden.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am Friday, June 27, 2025, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 E. Bristal Road, Burton. Father Georges Bidzogo officiating.
Visitation will be from 4-8 Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 W. Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Thursday evening at the funeral home followed by family sharing. Visitation Friday from 10 am at church until the time of the Mass.
Contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Childens Hospital.
Burial will be on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 10:30 am at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Ronald was born in Gaastra, Michigan on December 7, 1929, the son of the late Frank and Margaret (Finn) Clements.
Ronald married Norma Jean (Goodwin) Clements in 1954 and enjoyed 71 happy years together.
He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
Ronald worked at General Motors his entire career as a skilled trades Electrician. Ronald enjoyed volleyball, swimming, fishing, skiing, skating, cross country skiing. He sang in the men’s chorus for many years and in barbershop quartet and volunteered countless hours at the Burton Senior Center.
Surviving are sons, Daniel (Marie) Clements, David (Catherine Shaker), Steven (Tracy) Clements, Timothy (Ranee) Clements, Mark (Sandra) Clements, Andrew (Ahna) Clements;
daughter, Kathleen (Kevin) Martus;
25 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his wife Norma (Jean), parents Margaret and Frank, brothers Walter, Francis, Harold and Lawrence, sisters Margaret and Germaine and grandchildren Jacob and Theresa.
