Barbara Ann Routhier, of Flushing, Michigan, age 88, died surrounded by her family on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Funeral Mass will be at St. Robert Catholic Church at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Visitation will be at the church Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
Barbara was born in Middleville, Michigan on November 19, 1934, to James and Ann (Tichvon) Kudej. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School and earned her associate degree from Mott Community College. She married Ronald C. Routhier on May 5, 1956, and he preceded her in death on November 1, 2011. She loved being a mother and raising her family. She enjoyed antiquing, sewing, and had a love for animals.
She is survived her children, Chris (Brenda) Routhier, Eric (Barbara) Routhier, David Routhier, and Ann (Doug) Bartkovich; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brothers, James (Jane) Kudej and Ray (Marie) Kudej. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Routhier; daughter-in-law, Kathy Routhier; and her parents.
