Sharon G. Pfeiffer, age 80, of Millington, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at Heritage Hill Assisted Living and Memory Care in Caro. A funeral celebrating Sharon’s life will take place at 3:00 p.m., Friday, March 22, 2024, at Hanlin Funeral Home in Vassar. Pastor Roger Hazen to preside with cremation to follow. The family will receive family and friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Van Andel Institute for Dementia Research. Those attending are asked to wear green as to remember Sharon’s love of Ireland and her heritage.
Sharon was born in Flint, Michigan, on June 7, 1943, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Richard Sloan. She graduated from Atherton High School. Sharon received her associate’s degree from Faith Tech Bible School. She married the love of her life, Brian Pfeiffer, in Grand Blanc, Michigan, on January 24, 1976. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2380 in Vassar, where she served as past president.
She is survived by her children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
