TUCKER,Gerald "Jerry" Douglas - Age 79, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, December 18, 2020. A Memorial visitation will be held 4PM - 8 PM Friday May 21 at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. final interment will take place at a later date in Agnos Cemetery, Arkansas. Jerry was born March 18, 1941 in Camp, Arkansas, the son of Ernest and Florence (Owens) Tucker. Jerry lived in the Genesee county area most of his life. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Builder's Association. He was a master plumber for over forty years while mentoring and training many others in the trade along the way. He was also a private pilot and an avid firearm trader enthusiast. He loved spending time and traveling with his grandkids, boating, fishing, going to the casino, and watching the western channel. Jerry was a real people person and was liked by all who met him. Jerry is survived by his companion Vera Cornack,two brothers; Ernest (Joyce) Tucker and Don Tucker, two sons; Bryan Tucker, and Dennis (Tracey) Tucker. Grandchildren; Meloney (Kyle) Zeeb, Stephany (Chris) Zolinski, Hunter (Kelsey) Tucker, Daniel and Shanna Tucker. Great-grandchildren; James, Waylon, Alexis, Alivia, Delilah, and Harrison. He is preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, and two brothers. Tributes may be shared at sharpfuneralhomes.com |
