Vincent, Faye Onalee of Flushing, Michigan, died at home on March 6, 2024, at the age of 87.
Faye was born in Chesaning, Michigan on April 30, 1936, the daughter of Richard and Eva (Nolan) McFarlan. She graduated from Chesaning High School in 1954. She made a career for herself in ladies' fashion and worked at Ferris Suburban, Alvin's and Dino's, all while raising 4 children. She was a self-taught piano player and remarkably played by ear and entertained at home and family gatherings. She enjoyed her independence and loved to read, travel, and discuss politics with anyone who was willing.
Faye is survived by her children, Patrick Vincent, Steven (Amy) Vincent, Felecia Edwards and Amy (Victor) Brown; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; four sisters; twin babies; and one grandchild.
Per Faye's wishes, cremation has taken place without a service. If an expression of sympathy is desired, a memorial contribution can be made to the Flushing Senior Center. Please keep Faye in your heart.
