LONG, Mary Louise - Age 84, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022. Services will be held 6:00 PM Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc (A live stream of the service will be available on Mary's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 3:00 PM until the time of the service.
Mary was born March 1, 1938 in Flint, the daughter of Otis and Josephine (Terryn) Gifford. She was a 1956 graduate of Hoover High School in Flint. She married Willard Franklin Long November 11, 1961 in Flint and he preceded her in death November 1, 2020. She had resided in Swartz Creek since 1971 coming from Flint. Mary enjoyed cooking, watching TV, and playing cards.
Surviving are: her son, Logan LaClair (Shannon Guerrieri) of Holly; granddaughter, Hunter Margaret LaClair; brother, Richard Gifford of Flint; and nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Josephine Gifford; and her sister, Laura LaClair. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
