David G. Hauck, age 70 of Hale, passed away peacefully at his residence on August 25, 2020 with his wife by his side and under the care of Compassus Hospice.
He is survived by his beloved wife; Kathy (Knoellinger) Hauck. Loving daughter; Nicole (Eric) Davis of Owosso, Michigan. Adored granddaughters; Sierra and Lilyann. Several nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.
David was born on January 20, 1950 in Birch Run, Michigan to the late Herbert and Pauline (Schmunk) Hauck. He graduated from Birch Run High School and served as Vice President of Christ Lutheran Church where he was a long time member and Head of Elders before transferring to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hale. David was an avid Detroit Tiger’s fan, loved to create woodcrafts, enjoyed celebrating the 4th of July and Christmas and cherished time spent with his family and friends.
Mr. Hauck was preceded in death by his brother; Gary and his sister’s; Delores Bell and Carol Larson.
Per his wishes, Dave has been cremated. No service is scheduled.
