McKENNEY, Brenda Mae – of Mount Morris, MI, age 60, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 6 PM Friday, December 2, 2022 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Robert D. Taylor officiating. Visitation will be from 4 PM Friday until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation, in Brenda’s memory.
Brenda was born in West Branch, MI on November 17, 1962, daughter of the late Richard and Donna (Carscallen) McKenney. She loved to crochet, liked her dogs and enjoyed spending time at the cabin in West Branch. Brenda loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a kidney transplant recipient of 26 years.
Brenda is survived by her daughter, Amber Raby; grandchildren, Harle-Quinn McKenney-Raby and Drayaden Raby; brothers, Richard (Lisa) McKenney and Steven (Sue) McKenney; friend, Kevin O’Leary; many other loving family members and good friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Dorothy Carscallen.
