Waldtraut "Wally" Bymaster, age 90 of Lennon, passed away, Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Maple Woods Manor in Clio. Funeral services will be held at 11:00a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Durand Chapel with Pastor Steve Stahlhut officiating. Mrs. Bymaster's family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-7p.m.
Wally was born April 28, 1923 in Germany to John and Martha Hacker. In August of 1940, she married Wesley Bymaster in Manistee and together raised 3 children. Wesley passed on September 28, 1994. Wally loved time spent with her family and the companionship of her cat, Kitty.
She is survived by her children: Robert (Joan) Bymaster of Durand, Nancy (Welton) Brown of Texas, Bill (Debbie) Bymaster of Millington; 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her 2 brothers: Walter (Evelyn) Hacker, George (Mildred) Hacker and her sister, Ursela Reber.
