Yost, Linda Marie - of Mt. Morris, age 71, died on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, peacefully with family by her side. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and services will be announced for a later date. Memorial donations may be made in her name to Grace Hospice of Flint.
Linda was born November 25, 1949, to the late William and Zelma (Pollard) Shepardson. She graduated from Mt. Morris High School in 1968. Linda went on to raise 2 daughters and now has 3 grandchildren that have become her world. She was actively involved and enjoyed every minute spent with her family. When Linda wasn’t with family, she loved doing needle point, playing bingo and cards, as well as going to the casino.
Left to cherish her are Daughters: Lynn (Jeff) Elling, and Kristina (Tony) Elling; Grandchildren: Amber (Josh) Hagen, Timothy Elling, William Elling; Siblings: Billy Shepardson, Susan (Ken) Farley, Florence Goodrow, Albert (Inge) Shepardson, James Shepardson; and many nieces and nephews.
