Bowen, Carmen Marie, age 65 of Montrose passed away at her residence on August 24, 2023. She was born to Peter A. Hernandez and Shirley M. Paramo on March 2, 1958, in Chicago, IL. Carmen loved going to the movies, music, dancing, spending time with her family and she was a big University of Michigan fan. She worked in retail for 40 years and retired in 2015. Carmen is survived by her mother Shirley Hernandez, brothers and sisters Marge Hernandez (Rich Williams), Peter Hernandez Jr., Anita Soto (Angelo), Patricia Wallar (Scott) and Phillip Hernandez (Tracy), many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Carmen is preceded in death by her husband Lonnie Bowen. Per Carmen's wishes cremation has taken place and no public services are planned.
