Nancy Pumfrey was born September 20, 1937 to Henry and Mildred Robinson in North Branch, Michigan. She married Ronald Pumfrey in 1966. Nancy loved and spoiled her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be joining in Heaven her loving companion Dick Burdick. Nancy started and ended her work career as a grocery cashier at Cadillac Market in Lapeer, Michigan. She retired from Sweetbay Supermarket in Zephyrhills, FL in 2015. In 1999, she moved to Florida. For 25 years, she traveled to many countries with her outstanding sales with House of Lloyd/Christmas Around the World. Nancy will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.
Nancy leaves behind to cherish her memory her two sons James (Cindy) and Joel; two daughters Janet (Doran) and Janine (Timm); 11 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ronald Pumfrey, 4 sisters and 4 brothers.
A memorial visitation for Nancy will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home - 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan from 1:00PM to 5:00PM. A memorial service will occur on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 12:00PM with a hour of visitation prior at Brown Funeral Home. Following the service, Nancy will be inurned at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. |
