COOPER, Elaine Frances (Stickney) – of Davison, MI, age 68, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on a later date. Inurnment in Great Lakes National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County, in Elaine’s memory.
Elaine was born in Manton, MI on September 26, 1952, daughter of the late Elwin and Adaline (Green) Stickney. She married Fred William Cooper on July 15, 1970 in Ypsilanti, MI. Elaine enjoyed gardening, crafting and visiting casinos.
Elaine is survived by her husband, Fred Cooper; 2 children, Steven (Christine Sue) Cooper and Christine Marie (Matthew) Downer; 3 brothers, Richard (Sandy) Stickney, William (T.J.) Stickney and James (Tammie) Stickney; many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elwin and Adaline Stickney; 2 sisters, Joan Eldridge and Sandy Riddle.
