TAUNTON, Zetha - Of Davison, age 84, died Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Maple Woods Manor.
Visitation 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the funeral home, Chaplain Adam Doyle officiating.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Zetha was born in Flint, Michigan on June 16, 1937, the daughter of the late Harry and Iva Eden.

Zetha graduated from Bentley High School in 1955.
She married Jim Blackhurst in 1955 and they had 3 children. After a divorce, she began working at AC in 1973.
She married Joe Taunton in 1977.
After retirement they moved to Gladwin in 1996, spending winters in Georgia with Joe’s family. She doted over her two grandchildren and was loved by all.
Surviving are children, Ron Blackhurst, Robert Blackhurst and Rochelle (Curt) Whitlock;
grandson, Brent(Syd) Blackhurst; granddaughter, Hailey Whitlock;
sister, Gladys Lockrey;
brothers, Kenneth (Karen) Eden and Victor (Donna) Eden;
many nieces and nephews.
