Joyce Alice Stone, age 90, of Flint, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
In 1954 Joyce married the love of her life Edward. They were married for 63 years. Joyce was a member of the South Flint Church of the Nazarene. Joyce worked as a secretary at the church for 25 years. She was also a part of many groups within the church such as the women's ministries, choir, mission group and was a senior adult minister.
Joyce is survived by her children David (Lorri) Stone, Deanne Stone-Hempton; grandchildren Krystal Stone, Joshua Stone, Nicholas Stone, and Jacob Stone.
Preceded by her husband Edward Stone, son-in-law Richard Hempton, grandsons Mitchel and Zachary Stone, and her parents Clarence and Alice Sisco. |
