ALEXANDER, Michael – of Goodrich, age 74, passed away on December 28, 2023. A Celebration of Life/Funeral Service will be held 1 PM, Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison; Interment will take place following the service in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM until time of Service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
Michael was born in Flint, MI on May 24, 1949, son of the late Roy and Sallie (Kaplan) Alexander. He married Pamela Wilcox on May 17, 1975 in Burton, MI. Mike owned and operated Mike’s Wholesale Florist in Royal Oak, MI. He was an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman. Mike was a bass tournament fisherman and a member of the Lake Nepessing Bass Club. He loved vacationing, especially with his family and friends in Oscoda and Traverse City.
Michael is survived by his wife, Pam; children, Michall (Allen) Shampine and Michael (Shawn) Alexander; “adopted” daughter, Melissa Rossello; nieces and nephews; Stephanie (Tom) Witucki, Wendy (Lance Glazier) Roberts, Kari Wilcox and Tara (Noah) Robinson; great nieces and nephews, Brogen, Camden, Jordis, Willow, Cooper, Ivy Kay, Jax, Beckett and Hayes; many other loving friends, family and extended family members.
