Patricia "Pat" Ruth Finks, of Grand Blanc, passed away on December 25, 2020 at 79 years of age.
Adored wife of Everett "Paul" for 58 years; beloved mother of Cathy (Steve) Jozwick, Lisa (Art) Flatt, and Kim (Rob) Govitz; proud grandma of Chris (Lydia) Jozwick, Rachel Jozwick, Simon Flatt, Anthony Flatt, Dana (Steve) Beebe, and Robert (Samantha) Govitz; great-grandma of Chelsea, Alex, Mason, Jackson, Naphtali, Felix, Reed, Everett, and Remo. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Ruth Frost, and her sisters Eileen Noel and Jane Frost.
Pat was born on January 1, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan. She was a member of FAD (Flint Association of the Deaf) for 40 years and held many roles in the ICDA (International Catholic Deaf Association). She was a Eucharistic Minister, a member of the Maki Card Club for 50 years, and loved by many children as a 'playground mom' at Holy Family School. Her proudest accomplishment was her family, who she adored.
Private family services have occurred.
The family kindly requests that memorial contributions in Pat's honor be directed to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church or Heartland Hospice.
