BENCHECK, William R. Jr. “Bill” – Of Burton, age 62, died Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at McLaren-Flint.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no service at this time.
Inurnment at South Grand Blanc Cemetery.
William was born in Flint, Michigan on April 27, 1959, the son of
the late William, Sr. and Betty Bencheck.
He was an avid outdoorsman, loved dirt biking, fishing, hunting, shooting pool and baseball.
Through the years he enjoyed playing catch with his son.
In Bill’s younger days he hit 31 homeruns playing softball in one season, which he was very proud of.
He was a care free life loving guy.
Surviving are sons, Bill Vickory and Andrew Stogner;
granddaughters, Roxanne Vickory and Kendra Vickory;
sister, Sue (Bill) Teer;
niece, Melissa (Zachary) Sturgeon;
nephews, Ryan (Melissa) Pfeiffer, Jimme (Michelle) Hartley, Billy Teer and Daniel Teer.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Hartley; brother, Edward Bencheck and girlfriend, Lisa Drinkwine.
