Audrey I. Cowell Clarke, 84, of Durand, passed away Saturday, September 1st, 2012 at McLaren Flint. She was an inventory specialist with R.G.I.S. Audrey was born in Flint on May 18, 1928, the daughter of Ralph Howell Haskell and Christine Ann Reecer. She attended Flint Public Schools and graduated from Flint Northwestern. Audrey married Aubrey Clarke of Durand in Brown City, Michigan in September, 2001. He preceded her in death. She was a member of the AM VETS.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 5th from 4 PM to 8 PM and Thrusday, September 6th from 10
AM to 11 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel, 1106 S. Washington Street, Owosso.
Funeral services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel on Thursday, September 6th at 11 AM with Pastor John R. Miller officiating. Interment will be at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Flint.
Survivors include: daughters, Marylin (Tom) Barnard, Emily (Stan) Nuckolls, Suzanne (Wesley) Canute and step-son, Richard (Charlotte) Clarke. Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Audrey was predeceased by her parents, husbands, Edward Cowell and Aubrey Clarke.
