Willa Jean Wager of Mt. Morris age 76, died Friday May 15, 2015 at McLaren Flint. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Tuesday May 19, 2015 at Mt. Morris Community Church 7245 n. Center Rd. with Rev. Len Lason officiating. Family will receive visitors from 4-8 pm Monday and from 10:00 am Tuesday until time of service at the church. Willa Jean was born in Afton Michigan on March 4, 1939 the daughter of the late Frank & Iva (Hawley) Brown and has resided in the Mt. Morris area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Herbert “Buzz” Wager on September 9, 1961 and he preceded her in death on May 24, 2008. Willa Jean had been an active member of Mt. Morris community Church. She leaves to cherish her memory children; Debra (Dan) Sherman, Herb Wager, Howard (Cherie) Wager, and Russell Wager. She also leaves grandchildren; Brandon, Abbee, Samantha, Christopher, Danielle, Caleb, Bailey, Amber, Jacob, Sarah, Sidney, Wyatt, and great grandchildren Carson and Madelynn. Her brothers; Aurick (Grace) Brown, Joe (Sandy) Brown, Fred (Alice) Brown, and sisters; Pat (Larry) Looze, Margaret Channel, Janette Hendershot, and a host of other relatives. She is preceded in death by daughter-in-law Debbie d. Wager, brothers Frank brown, Bob Brown, Harry Brown, and sister Helen Orns. Share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome |
