Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 424 Kennelworth Ave. with service commencing at 11:00 AM. Interment Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, 2020 E. Hill Rd. Grand Blanc, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church at 10:00 AM Saturday. Mr. Powell will lie in state in the Chapel of the Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Friday.
