GREER, Mr. Charles Herbert- Age 84, passed away Friday April 6, 2012 at his residence. Family hour 10:30a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at North Central Church of Christ, 2001 North Saginaw Street, with funeral services commencing at 11a.m. Bro. Rigel Dawson officiating. Interment Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, G- 9506 North Dort Highway. Friends and Pallbears will assemble at the church 10:30a.m. Wednesday. Mr. Greer will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 West Flint Park Boulevard, and may be viewed from 1p.m.-8p.m. Tuesday.
Mr. Charles Herbert Greer was born May 3, 1927 in Belfast, Tennessee to Paskle and Lillie (Little) Greer. He leaves to cherish his memory: devoted and loving wife of 58 years, Flossie, Sisters: Betty Greer, Claudine Greer both of Indianapolis, IN. Lois (Albert) Johnson of Lufkin, TX. Brothers: Paskle (Ida) Greer, Paul (Floresteen) Greer, Jim (Eloise) Greer all of Flint, MI, Ronald (Louise) Greer of Lewisburg, TN. Sister in Law: Hattie Johnson, Cornersville, TN, Brother in Law: Robert (Leta) Lee, Detroit, MI.
