NEELEY, Karen Ann. – of Clio, age 63, died Friday, May 6, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1PM Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Rev. Dan Shinabarger officiating. Cremation to follow. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3PM until 8PM and Wednesday from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Karen was born September 15, 1952 in Flint, Michigan to the late Sylvester and Edith (Hall) Neeley. She resided in Clio her entire life. Karen was employed with McLaren Hospital for 20 years before retiring in 2016. She enjoyed reading, playing electronic games and loved the Detroit Tigers. Above all, Karen loved spending time with her grandchildren and fur baby.
Surviving are: Sons: Troy Neeley of Flint and Arron (Andrea) Neeley of Clio; 2 grandchildren: Zacharie and Aerabella Neeley of Clio; Sisters: Cathy Leonard of Flint and Constance (Steve) Scully of Clio; Brothers: Mike (Connie Hall of Clio and Terry (Peggy) Neeley of Howell; several nieces and nephews.
